What is the definition of a C license?

What are the requirements to obtain C-license?

How do I apply for a C license?
The process for applying for a C license is very similar to one for obtaining a regular copyright. You must pass both a written test and a driving test on the road. You can learn more about the MTO truck handbook by reading it. It is available online, at DriveTest and ServiceOntario centres, and in a variety of retail stores.
You can also download the application form on the website of the MVTO and bring it with you to your medical examination. After you have passed the knowledge and skill tests, you need to pass the medical examination at a facility that is approved before your driver's permit can be issued.

How do I obtain my C license?
You must be at 18 years old, and pass a medical test to obtain a C license. You must also possess a valid car license (category B) and pass the C licence test. The test can be completed on the internet or at driving schools. To prepare for the test, it's advised to practice driving with a friend and study the relevant information. After passing the test, a certificate will be issued and you will also be issued a copyright.
If you are under 18, you may still apply for a C+E license but you will need to have your legal guardian or parent sign a consent form stating that they agree to let you drive large goods vehicles. You must first be able to pass the C driving exam and hold an B category copyright before you can apply for C+E. You can then begin your training through HGV driving schools in order to master the skills required to operate an articulated truck. These classes are typically 7 to 7 days long and cover all the basics of driving an articulated vehicle. You will also be taught about driving laws as well as health and safety, and how to prepare a lorry before hitting the road.
Once you've completed your training, you will need to undergo a medical examination before you can apply for the C+E license. This will ensure you are qualified to operate an articulated lorry, and that you do not have any medical conditions that could affect your ability. You'll also need to bring your medical certificate and an original copy of your driving record to the application appointment.
